Enera shipping overview

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation via email or WhatsApp.

You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

  • Prepaid orders: Free shipping across India.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): a small handling fee may apply (clearly shown at checkout).

Estimated delivery time is 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location.

We process international orders within 2–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

For pre-ordered items, processing begins within 2–3 business days of stock arrival.

After placing your order, you’ll receive an email confirmation with details. If you don’t see it, check your spam/promotions folder or contact us.

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation by email. If not received within a few minutes, check spam/promotions or write to support@enera.co.in.

When shipped, we’ll send a tracking link via email/WhatsApp.

If you need help with your order, please contact us immediately at shop@enera.co.in. Kindly note that orders cannot be modified once shipped.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete during checkout. Enera is not responsible for failed deliveries due to address errors provided by the customer.

If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect/incomplete address, we will refund the product value (excluding shipping charges). You may place a new order with the corrected address.

NOTE: We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays.

Shipping service level table

Refunds are offered on eligible products returned within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in original condition, and original packaging.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping charges and COD fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

If an item is damaged/defective, share clear photos and your order number at support@enera.co.in within 48 hours of delivery for evaluation.
