Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation via email or WhatsApp. You will receive a shipping confirmation message with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Within India: We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders.

 

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a small handling fee may apply, which will be clearly mentioned at checkout.

 

Delivery Time: Estimated delivery time is 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location.

International Shipping Policy

We process all international orders within 2–3 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays. For pre-ordered items, processing begins within 2–3 business days of stock arrival.

Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an email confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an email within a few minutes, please check your spam or promotions folder, or reach out to our support team for assistance.

If you need help with your order, please contact us immediately. Kindly note that orders cannot be modified once they are shipped.

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of checkout. enera is not responsible for failed deliveries due to address errors provided by the customer. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will initiate a refund for the product value (excluding shipping charges). You may then place a new order with the corrected address.

Refunds Policy

We offer refunds on eligible products returned within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status via email. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original mode of payment within 7–10 business days.

 

Please note that shipping charges and cash-on-delivery fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

 

In case the item received is damaged or defective, please share clear photos and your order number with us at support@enera.co.in within 48 hours of delivery. Refunds for such cases will be evaluated and processed accordingly.

Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to address errors. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will issue a refund for the original order, minus any shipping charges.

Is it free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping on selected campaigns, such as our "limited time flash deal" (Main Campaign page), subject to a minimum purchase requirement (typically 2 products or more, unless otherwise stated). Please note that flash deals cannot be combined with products from other pages. Only items listed in our Premium, Last Chance, or Cellar offerings can be combined for free shipping.

How long does it take to receive my order?

My order has already been shipped but I need to update the address. What should I do?

If your order has already been shipped and you need to update the shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at support@enera.co.in. Please note that a rerouting fee may be charged by the courier to change the address.
