1. Damaged Product on Delivery

We pack every enera product with care and attention so that it reaches you safely. In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, please send us a photo of the damaged product and outer box within 24 hours of delivery. Our team will resolve the issue promptly.

2. Return Window & Service Eligibility

As beautiful as our products may be, we understand they might not always be the perfect fit. In such cases, we offer returns as a service. You may request a return within 10 days of receiving your order

  • Please clearly mention the items you wish to return.
  • If returning part of your order, hand over only the selected items to the pickup agent.
  1. We provide doorstep reverse pickup for eligible areas. A return shipping charge is applicable and will be deducted from the refund amount.
  2. Shipping charges (if paid during purchase) are non-refundable.
  3. In cases of frequent returns from the same account, enera reserves the right to charge for the return or deny return service.

3. Return Conditions

Returned items must be unused, in original condition, with original tags, packaging, and invoice. Items returned without original materials may not qualify for a refund.

4. Unserviceable Pin Codes for Return Pickup

In rare cases where your pincode is unserviceable for reverse pickup (as determined by our logistics partners like Delhivery or Shiprocket), we may request you to wait until the area becomes serviceable again.

5. Tampered or Missing Items

We ship thousands of parcels each month, and missing items or tampering during transit is extremely rare. If your parcel appears tampered with, take a video before opening the box and contact our support team immediately via email or WhatsApp.
If your order shows as delivered but you haven’t received it, contact us within 24 hours of receiving the delivery SMS/email.
