Returns & Refunds / वापसी और रिफंड

Report damage in 24h 10-day return window Refund in ~10 business days

If your item arrives damaged, send us photos within 24 hours of delivery. Our team will resolve promptly.

You may request a return within 10 days of receiving your order.

  • Clearly mention items you wish to return.
  • Hand over only selected items if partial return.
  • Start at Return Request Page or contact us.
  • Doorstep reverse pickup for eligible areas. Return shipping charge applies.
  • Shipping charges paid at purchase are non-refundable.
  • If pincode is unserviceable, we may request you to wait.
  • Frequent returns may be denied.

Items must be unused, in original condition, with original tags, packaging, and invoice.

If parcel looks tampered, take a video before opening and contact us immediately.

If order shows delivered but not received, notify us within 24 hours.

We are not liable for courier delays. For urgent orders, contact us in advance.

  • No cancellation after 12 hours.
  • Once packed/shipped, non-acceptance is treated as return.
  • COD: repeated cancellations may lead to denial.
  • Prepaid: two-way shipping deducted.

Returns processed in ~10 business days after warehouse receipt & QC.

Refund to original payment, bank/UPI (for COD), or store credit (3 months).

  • Website orders cannot be returned at offline stores.
  • Handcrafted variations (size, color, texture) are natural.
  • Bulk/custom orders reviewed case-by-case.
  • Enera may reject suspicious return requests.
  • Jurisdiction: Surat, Gujarat, India.
