Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of checkout. enera is not responsible for failed deliveries due to address errors provided by the customer. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will initiate a refund for the product value (excluding shipping charges). You may then place a new order with the corrected address.
